Measure Results

.
Audiences love creating personalized ‘fan-art’ using elements from popular content.
ComicReply™ is designed to help you grow your audience using such ‘fan-art’ contests.
There are several ways to measure the results of such contests:

1. Participation in the contest

This information is retrieved from the ComicReply™ database, tracking everything related to contest participation, including the total number of:
* Participants in the contest
* Contest submissions
* Views and votes
* Social media sharing of content
+ many more key figures (custom tracking can also be set for specific types of contests)

2. Web traffic

Google Analytics already has the most comprehensive platform for measuring web traffic, so we set up an account for the contest and display the Analytics conveniently inside the admin panel.

3. Social media marketing results

Every time a participant shares their creations with family and friends on Facebook, Twitter or any of the many other social media networks, it can be tracked and measured in terms of the number of views, re-posts (further sharing), etc. Tracking these online activities is called ‘Social Media Monitoring‘ and there are many third-party tools available for just this purpose (for example: Sysomos, Radian6, Hootsuite and others). A limited-time account for one such supplier can provide this analysis, and we can display it inside the admin panel for your convenience.

Also, through a partnership with a Canadian university we may be able to provide a very inexpensive monitoring and analysis for contests running throughout 2012-13.

4. Online sales

Of course, it is possible to sell merchandise and virtual products online right on the contest pages. As the contest attracts more fans to the contest pages, a portion of the visitors may also purchase your branded products. We can integrate various online stores, re-selling systems, affiliate programs, ad-networks and other ways to help you generate new revenue streams through the contest.
