Completed ComicReply UX enhancements with George Brown College / Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE) Voucher for E-Business (VEB) Program
In the beginning we spent a lot of effort on the contest management modules and core contest app, but there are still many more UX bells and whistles to add to the platform. In this program we worked with a George Brown School of Design game programming student to add key features to the front end user interface. This included improving:
* Drawing tools – line sizes and colours
* Writing tools – text fonts, colours, sizing
* Shapes – ovals and shapes with various number of sizes (rectangles, polygons), outlines, colours
* Eraser – improved erasing of a layer and removing layers
+ other features.
We also redesigned the look of the comic-making interface and currently integrating these new features into the core code base with the new look.
